I recently moved in, and I’ve only been here for 3 ish weeks. So far , I can say that the staff is very friendly and helpful. During the application process it was difficult for me to call since no one would pick up? I’m not sure if it’s mine or their end. But I left a voicemail and they returned my calls. I live on the 3rd floor and it’s pretty comfortable, and the balcony is huge! The master bedroom and bathroom looks like a hotel 😊 I recently left a maintenance request and they were pretty quick about it. They don’t have a pool or a gym but they have a cute little park and picknic tables near the office which is cute for families. There is no AC but they rent them out to residents for $100 which is nice. What I love most tho is the electric fireplace in the living room🤩

Beautiful and very well maintained property inside and out. The apartment I toured was beautiful and had a cozy feeling to it, with a lot of counter space in the kitchen for all my kitchen appliances and a great view for my kitty to people watch while I’m at work. All the office staff was polite and friendly with me too. :)

The units here are beautiful, with appliances and carpet that have the fresh scent of newness. They are charming, and the rental agent was excellent in addressing all my inquiries. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone seeking to reside in a lovely apartment home. This place has a beautiful unit, the appliances smell like new, they are lovely, and the rental agent assistance did a great job answering all my questions. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to live in a beautiful home apparent.

This is the nicest place we have ever lived. Everyone always says : welcome home. The onsite playground is a good fit for my kids, l can watch them out the window and from the porch. All of the neighbors are extremely friendly and outgoing. I think we should put together a summer BBQ or potluck and have a corn hole and yard games tournament. The free garage is a bonus deal! Currently using as storage while unpacking. Alexander, Debbi and Dora are all amazing and super friendly. I am thankful to be part of this community! James C Rice Sr.

Nice looking apartment. The property doesn’t have a lot of amenities but units do — cool multi colored fireplace, huge soaking tub that fits me (a large man) and AC vent right in the wall, no putting it in window needed. Property does have a playground that gets a lot of use, in a nice and safe neighborhood for your kids. Reviews complain about parking but honestly I’ve never had a problem finding somewhere close to park. Very pet friendly community too.

The front office makes me feel like a person and not just a rent check. Baseline woods has really made us feel at HOME. During these hardships in finance for all of us they have worked with us and gone the extra mile. From inquiring about an apartment all the way to getting keys to your NEW BEAUTIFUL HOME. This team collectively works together and I can tell they care about each other’s success, the company’s success, and of course the residents satisfaction. They definitely keep the property well maintained, and there on site maintenance is AMAZING!!

I’ve been living in this complex for several years and it’s great! I love the layout and my bathroom includes a soaking tub! The kitchen has a lot of counter space and opens to the living room so I actually cook. Our garage holds 1 car plus workout equipment. Maintenance is excellent at handling requests quickly, even coming to change a lightbulb (because I’m too short to reach). It’s pet-friendly - I have 2 indoor cats. There’s a small playground and dog park. People are good about driving slowly in the parking lot when kids are out riding bikes. The neighbors observe quiet hours, so we don’t typically get loud noise at midnight (except on New Year of course). It’s a non-smoking complex. It’s a good location close to public transit, grocery, local restaurants, etc. Only downside is the occasional smell of pot in a non-smoking complex. It’s legal of course but the smell gets bad sometimes. (Our neighbors who used to smoke a lot moved away so thankfully it hasn’t been bad the past few years!) Also there is a day care nearby so you hear the kids outside screaming every few hours. No gym or pool or hot tub. No elevator access. No central AC but that’s typical for the area.

What I was paying for rent was very reasonable for the area. My apartment was mostly quiet. I could hear kids from the neighboring daycare screaming their little lungs out on some days - didn't mind the background sound. Maintenance was always prompt and reliable. A kids playground is all there was for community amenities. The community has a single family feel to it. Residents usually took their dogs to the dog park. So no dog excrement all over the place. My apartment unit didn't feel luxurious but it didn't feel cheap either. Although, you could definitely hear your neighbors. Had an obnoxious neighbor and the management offered to move me.

I personally enjoy living here. If I had to complain about something just like everyone else in the reviews I'd say its really annoying when other resident roll up in their car blasting music as if other people don't live here. Now let me give some positive feedback. I appreciate the quick email replies. I appreciate the maintenance team for trying to keep the community clean especially it being pet friendly you'd think residents would pick up after their pets. I mean if you are looking for a new home this is a great choice! That's what I'm trying to get at

I like here because of the neighborhood and the easy access to max station. It a 10 minutes walk to the station. The maintenance staff are highly efficient and helpful. The staff are knowledgeable about most of the questions we ask them and are very courteous.

The office and maintenance staff has always been reasonable, friendly and gone out of their way to help me. Neighbors will always be noisy wherever you are as long as you’re in a shared building. But nothing extreme here. People here are friendly. Overall I have enjoyed living here. A nice apartment with welcoming modern touches as well as being in a good neighborhood. No complaints!
