I absolutely love this community! I’ve been living here for a couple years now and I’ve never had a problem. The neighbor are kind, parking is great. Such a bonus my apartment comes with a free garage. It’s also a great neighborhood. The staff is also amazing. The new manager Alyssa is so sweet plus I can’t forget about Alicia and Rebecca who are always on top of everything. Never experienced anything but positive interactions from them all. Maintenance has also fixed all my requests quickly as well. It’s actually really interesting reading some of the reviews below. In all my time here I’ve never had an issue with management or cooking smells coming through my apartment. Maybe if I left my windows open on occasions I can smell my neighbors cooking but I’m a foodie so if anything it made me want to ask if I can join them for dinner. I highly recommend Baseline Woods. Don’t pay attention to the few bad reviews because this has been nothing but a positive experience living here and I’ve lived in many apartment communities throughout my life and I won’t be going anywhere anytime soon!

I’ve lived here for some years now. Staff is always friendly, and helpful. Maintenance staff is great! Big thanks to Gary, and Jason for getting the job done so quickly!

Rebecca, the Leasing Manager at Baseline Woods, went above and beyond from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful during my tour, answered all my questions with confidence, and truly knows her stuff. She made my move in process seamless and stress free. The cute house box filled with new home goodies was such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated during my first week. Thank you Rebecca, you are amazing!

I had a very good experience with my lease process especially with Alicia and Rebecca. Alicia was professional and helpful throughout my lease process. The lease agreement and check-in process were smooth, and all details were clearly explained.

Just moved in here a month or so ago and it’s been a very pleasant experience, management has been super nice and helpful, personally we dealt with Alicia and she’s been awesome. Highly recommend living here
