APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Beaverton

After reading Zena’s review I felt like I should add another resident perspective because I honestly wondered if we were talking about the same place. I also live at Baseline Woods and my experience has been very different. The office has always responded when I’ve reached out and maintenance has handled requests when I’ve needed help. As far as noise goes, it is an apartment community, not a library. You are going to hear people walking around sometimes. That is just part of living in a multi story building. Also, shout out to the staff because they have always been helpful and respectful whenever I have interacted with them. Jolyn, Alicia, and Rebecca are amazing! Just sharing another resident perspective because reading that review you would think the place was in complete chaos, and that simply has not been my experience living here.

I have lived here for 9 years and have just renewed my lease If you’re looking for a property that is well maintained, nice landscape and that you hardly even know you have neighbors This is home My apartment has a lot of natural lighting and a deck with storage I appreciate how safe I feel here Thank you Baseline Woods!
