Highly recommend this property for its excellent management and customer service. My experience with Alicia was outstanding; she was well-versed in the community's features and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. The professionalism and hospitality I encountered here set a high standard for my apartment search!

Toured with Alicia! she very sweet and knowledgeable of the area. The property is well kept and the apartments are very spacious. I would definitely recommend.

I toured Baseline Woods while helping someone else look for an apartment and was genuinely impressed. The community felt calm and well cared for, and the layout of the apartments made a lot of sense. Rebecca led the tour and did a great job pointing out details that most leasing agents skip over, like storage, parking flow, and how the community actually functions day to day. She was friendly, real, and easy to talk to, not pushy at all. Even though I was not the one moving in, I walked away thinking this would be a great place to live and a great team to work with

Just moved into Baseline Woods and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Rebecca made everything easy and stress free, from the first conversation to move in day. She explained the process clearly, answered every question, and never made it feel rushed or salesy. You can tell she actually cares about helping people find the right place. The community is beautiful and well kept, and the leasing experience alone made me feel confident choosing this property. Highly recommend asking for Rebecca if you’re touring or moving in.

Visited a friend at baseline and we went to grab her package from the office Alicia was super kind and welcoming. The office was super clean, warm, and inviting. I would definitely consider moving here.

Move-in at Baseline Woods was smooth and easy. Rebecca was amazing throughout the whole process and made sure everything was ready to go. She kept in touch, answered all my questions, and made me feel really welcomed. The apartment was clean and just like what I saw on the tour. Couldn’t be happier.

Had such a great experience touring Baseline Woods. The community was clean and quiet and the apartment layouts were really nice. Rebecca gave a super helpful and detailed tour, answered all my questions, and was really easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
