She was incredibly helpful during my tour, answered all my questions with confidence, and truly knows her stuff. She made my move in process seamless and stress free. The cute house box filled with new home goodies was such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated during my first week. Thank you Rebecca, you are amazing!

I had a very good experience with my lease process especially with Alicia and Rebecca. Alicia was professional and helpful throughout my lease process. The lease agreement and check-in process were smooth, and all details were clearly explained.

After reading Zena’s review I felt like I should add another resident perspective because I honestly wondered if we were talking about the same place. I also live at Baseline Woods and my experience has been very different. The office has always responded when I’ve reached out and maintenance has handled requests when I’ve needed help. As far as noise goes, it is an apartment community, not a library. You are going to hear people walking around sometimes. That is just part of living in a multi story building. Also, shout out to the staff because they have always been helpful and respectful whenever I have interacted with them. Jolyn, Alicia, and Rebecca are amazing! Just sharing another resident perspective because reading that review you would think the place was in complete chaos, and that simply has not been my experience living here.
