Just moved into Baseline Woods and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Rebecca made everything easy and stress free, from the first conversation to move in day. She explained the process clearly, answered every question, and never made it feel rushed or salesy. You can tell she actually cares about helping people find the right place. The community is beautiful and well kept, and the leasing experience alone made me feel confident choosing this property. Highly recommend asking for Rebecca if you’re touring or moving in.

Visited a friend at baseline and we went to grab her package from the office Alicia was super kind and welcoming. The office was super clean, warm, and inviting. I would definitely consider moving here.

Move-in at Baseline Woods was smooth and easy. Rebecca was amazing throughout the whole process and made sure everything was ready to go. She kept in touch, answered all my questions, and made me feel really welcomed. The apartment was clean and just like what I saw on the tour. Couldn’t be happier.

He was quick at fixing the smoke alarm and the light switch as well as the dryer. It still turns red to check vent but it does dry better

Zeth maintenance is amazing

Maintenance is fast. And effective. Grounds are cleaned everyday. Trash areas as well. Despite the fact that every weekday it's overpact in all trash areas. Maintenance still manages to keep grounds amazing. And find a way Office staff are all wonderful and have great attitudes and a tone of info . Whether it's touring. General info like what's near or costs. And are very good with communication Idk what the fuss is with the roofing and exterior work. It's being done which is more that can be said about 99percent of properties. They are informing all residents well before they do work. And asked us to move are cars. So they arent damaged or get paint. Which many dont. Then complain. Overall this property is definitely a 5/5. Anyone that says otherwise has a random personal issue that has nothing to do with what the company is doing and the property. I will absolutely recommend this complex. And im picky when it comes to recommendations for apartments to move in with. But baseline woods. Get a 5/5.
